What we actually do
Archangel Games sells factory-sealed trading card game product and the supplies that protect it. Our catalogue currently holds 362 listings across 22 Magic: The Gathering sets, ranging from a single Play Booster through to Collector Booster cases that leave here on a pallet.
We are not a marketplace. There are no third-party sellers behind these listings, no drop-ship partners and no consignment inventory. If a product page says the item is in stock, a member of our team can physically walk to a shelf and touch it.
How we source stock
All sealed product is bought through authorised distribution for the relevant publisher. Distribution invoices are retained for every pallet, and case codes are recorded as pallets are broken down. That paper trail is the reason we can state provenance plainly rather than hiding behind vague phrases like “trusted suppliers”.
We do not buy sealed product on the secondary market, we do not accept sealed product from private sellers for resale, and we never sell product that has been opened, weighed, searched or resealed.
How stock is stored
Sealed cases live in climate-controlled racking away from direct light. Displays are stored flat, never stacked beyond the manufacturer's own case height, and pallets are rotated so that older stock ships first. Humidity and temperature are logged daily.
Accessories — sleeves, binders, deck boxes and playmats — are held in the same facility on separate shelving to keep PVC and card stock apart.
How orders are packed
Displays and cases ship double-boxed with corner protection and void fill, because a booster box with a crushed corner is worth measurably less to a collector even if the shrink is intact. Singles-sized accessory orders go into rigid mailers. Every parcel is photographed at the sealing station before the label goes on.
Dispatch is within 1 business day and transit typically 2 – 6 business days with DHL, UPS, FedEx, Deutsche Post. Shipping is a flat $29.99 and free above $199.00.
What we will not do
We do not run countdown timers, invented “only 2 left” counters, struck-through prices that were never charged, or review widgets seeded with reviews we wrote ourselves. Pricing on this site is the price you pay plus shipping, stated before checkout.
If we are out of stock, the page says so. If a release is a pre-order, the page says that too, along with the publisher's street date.
