Everything in the sealed range is bought from authorised distribution and sold in untouched factory shrink. We do not open, weigh, search or reseal product, and we do not resell sealed product bought on the secondary market.
Ordering
Add items to your basket and send it to us; we reply with a payment link, the exact shipping cost for your destination and an estimated delivery date. Nothing is charged until you approve that quote. Case quantities and trade pricing go through the buying desk.
Frequently asked questions
Are your booster boxes searched or weighed?
No. Sealed product arrives on pallets from distribution and is picked as-is. Any product with damaged shrink is written off internally rather than sold.
What does a “case” contain?
It varies by product, which is why every case listing states the exact contents in its specification table — for example six Play Booster displays of thirty boosters each. If a page is ambiguous, tell us and we will fix it.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Flat $29.99 insured and tracked, free above $199.00. Dispatch within 1 business day, transit typically 2 – 6 business days. Full detail on the shipping policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Duties and import taxes for destinations outside the EU are calculated and shown before payment, never billed afterwards as a surprise.
When is a pre-order charged and shipped?
Payment is taken when the order is confirmed, which is what reserves your allocation. The parcel ships on the publisher's official release day — never earlier, because distribution embargoes street dates.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, at any point before it ships, for a full refund to the original payment method.
Can I return sealed product I changed my mind about?
Yes — 30 days from delivery on unopened product, on top of the statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right. See returns and refunds.
What if a display arrives crushed?
Send photographs of the outer carton and the product within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund it, and we pay the return carriage.
