Business customers can be invoiced on agreed terms after the first order; ask the buying desk. We do not accept cryptocurrency, cash on delivery or cheques.
When you are charged
- In-stock orders: at the point you approve the quote and complete payment.
- Pre-orders: at order confirmation — this is what reserves your allocation. Cancellable for a full refund until it ships.
- Freight orders: after the freight quote is agreed, never before.
The price you approve is the price charged. No handling surcharge, no card fee, no currency conversion margin added by us.
Security
- The entire site is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.3 and HSTS enabled.
- Card details are captured by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor and never reach our servers or our staff.
- 3-D Secure / Strong Customer Authentication is applied to card payments as required by EU regulation.
- We do not store card numbers, and there is no “save my card” option for exactly that reason.
Currency and tax
Prices are displayed in USD. VAT is included where applicable and shown as a separate line on your invoice. EU business customers with a valid VAT identification number can be invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure — send the number to support before paying.
