1. Who you are contracting with
These terms govern sales by Archangel Games ("we", "us") to you. Registration details are on the imprint page. By placing an order you accept these terms as they stand on the day of the order.
2. How a contract is formed
Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your basket submission is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing and take payment. If a listing carries an obvious pricing error we will contact you rather than silently cancelling, and you may confirm at the corrected price or withdraw.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added as shown on the shipping policy page. Payment methods are listed on the payment methods page. We do not add card surcharges.
4. Delivery, title and risk
Delivery timescales are estimates based on carrier performance. Risk passes to you on delivery; for consumers, risk does not pass while the parcel is in the carrier's hands. Title passes when payment clears in full.
5. Pre-orders
Pre-order payment reserves allocation. Publisher street dates can move; if a release date shifts we tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. If a publisher cuts our allocation we refund affected orders in full and in order of receipt.
6. Cancellation and returns
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We extend this voluntarily to 30 days on unopened sealed product. The full procedure is on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Conformity and warranty
Statutory conformity rights of two years apply to consumers. Our voluntary warranty is described on the warranty page and does not limit those rights.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for the speculative resale value of sealed product or for the contents of random boosters.
9. Intellectual property
Magic: The Gathering and associated marks are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Product names and packaging images are used to identify goods offered for sale. Site text, layout and photography are ours; please do not republish them wholesale.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their own country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts of our registered seat; consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
