Your return window
- Statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days from delivery for EU consumers, no reason required.
- Our voluntary extension: a further 16 days, giving 30 days in total on unopened, undamaged sealed product.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: report within 48 hours of delivery; statutory conformity rights apply for two years.
How to return something
- Email archangelgamesbenton@gmail.com with your order number and what you are returning.
- We reply with a return reference and the warehouse return address, usually the same day.
- Pack the item in its original outer packaging where possible and write the return reference on the outside.
- Ship it with a tracked service and send us the tracking number.
We do not require you to use a specific carrier or to buy a label from us.
Who pays return shipping

There is no restocking fee in any of these cases.
What cannot be returned
- Sealed product whose factory shrink has been opened or damaged, unless the fault is the manufacturer's.
- Accessories removed from sealed packaging and used, unless faulty.
- Items returned without a return reference, because we cannot match them to an order — contact us and we will fix it rather than refuse it.
Refund timing and method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving and passing inspection. Card refunds typically appear within a further three to five days depending on your bank; PayPal and wallet refunds are usually immediate.
Pre-order cancellations
A pre-order can be cancelled at any time before it ships, for a full refund. After it ships it is treated as a normal order and the 30-day return window applies.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the original box to return an item?
It helps and reduces the risk of transit damage, but a return is not refused for lack of the original outer carton.
How long do I have if the product is faulty?
Statutory conformity rights run for two years from delivery. Our own warranty page explains how packaging faults are handled.
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes — tell us what you would rather have and we ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier.
